OVERVIEW
Sometimes a brand doesn't need a mascot, but character is always central.
This project for Mention Me explores referral as a simple, human idea. Rather than explaining how the product works, the animation focuses on how recommendations travel, passed between people, looping back, building naturally over time. Small characters carry the story, giving the interaction a face and a feeling rather than just a diagram. The visual language is fluid and playful no overcomplication. Just a straightforward interaction, brought to life.
CASE STUDY
Character Design
Over 20 characters were designed as part of a single cohesive system. Each one shares the same bold, graphic visual language but carries its own personality through posture, expression, and colour. The challenge at this scale is consistency without uniformity — building a cast where every character feels individually considered rather than duplicated from a template.
